Dear competitor,

STREET STOCKS, DAREDEVILS, ANGELS, CYCLONES

SPRINGS & COILOVER STRUTS

Due to disqualifications in the Cyclone Enduro on Sunday, May 28, 2006 , we are clarifying a couple of rules, to make sure you follow them. READ YOUR RULEBOOKS!!!!!!

No broken springs will pass technical inspection in any division. A broken spring that breaks during an event came be distinguished quite easily. If you are found with a broken spring, it will result in a disqualification, loss of monies and points earned for the night, and you will be required to start in the final starting position of each qualifying event and feature for the next three events that you enter. Broken springs will help the handling of a racecar immensely.

It is clearly stated in your Angels, Daredevils and Cyclones rulebooks that suspensions must be stock and unaltered. That means that springs, coilovers etc. must be the same on each side. Height, coil diameter, number of coils, etc., MUST BE THE SAME. Street Stock suspension rules are clearly written, and must be followed.

TIRES

ADD TO YOUR RULEBOOK: ABSOLUTELY NO directional tires, rain tires, or exotic tires will be allowed. Street Stock tire rule is in plain black and white. All other divisions need to be running similar rules. All tire decisions are left up to the Technical Inspectors.
