CHAMPIONSHIP RUNS BEGIN

SATURDAY, MAY 26TH AT RIVERSIDE SPEEDWAY

 

            Race fans will get to feel the heat this coming Saturday night, May 26th at 6pm, at Riverside Speedway in Groveton, New Hampshire, as they kick open the doors on the 2007 racing season. Due to high water that caused flooding around the Speedway last week, the opener has been shifted to this Saturday night.

 

            NAPA Auto Parts will proudly present the 2nd Annual Bobby Shores Memorial Day Classic which will feature Late Models, Super Stocks, Street Stocks, Daredevil Youth Racers, Cyclones and as an added attraction, Dwarf Cars. “We are very proud to have NAPA on board with us for the 26th season as a sponsor. They are great people, and are very proud to be sponsoring the night’s activities” stated general Manager, Dick Therrien.

 

            Pit gates open at 1pm, practice starts at 3pm, and the first green flag for 2007 will fly at 6pm. Grandstands open at 4pm and general admission is just $10 for adults, Juniors and Seniors $8.00, and kids are just $2.00. Family admission packages are also available, and VISA and Mastercard are Graciously accepted. Don’t forget to ask for your Barnie’s Market SUPERFAN Card. This card will allow you to earn free tickets and concession discounts during the season.
