RIVERSIDE SPEEDWAY LOSES A GREAT FRIEND
It is with deep sadness that I must pass on this news to the Riverside Speedway family. A long time friend, Ruth Mills has passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. Ruth worked for Riverside Speedway for many years under the CJ Robinson tenure. Her hard work kept the track running in fine order. She will be greatly missed.
Ruth was the wife of long time Riverside car owner and supporter, Mike Mills. Sons Mike Jr. and Stephen have been competitors at the track in the past, and daughter Michelle is a scorer at the Speedway.
Services for Ruth Mills will be held at the Armstrong – Sharon Funeral Home, located on Main Street in Groveton, New Hampshire on Saturday, February 13th. Memorial calling hours will be held from 2-3:30pm with the funeral service immediately following. Burial will be in the spring.
